2. Scope of Services
Seventh Floor Properties offers a wide range of property services, including but not limited to:
Property refurbishment
Minor repairs and general maintenance
Handyman services
Cleaning and waste clearance
Gardening services
Pest control
Home management
The exact scope of work for each project will be clearly outlined in the service agreement provided to the Client.
3. Quotations and Estimates
All quotations provided by Seventh Floor Properties are estimates based on the information available at the time of issue.
The final cost may differ depending on the actual work carried out, materials required, and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the project.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% may be required upon acceptance of the quotation in certain cases. The Client will be informed of this requirement before any work begins.
The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments can be made via BACS, bank transfer, or cash.
Late payments may incur an interest charge of 4% per month on the outstanding balance until full payment is received.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide timely access to the property and ensure that all necessary permissions, approvals, and consents are obtained before work begins.
The Client will be responsible for any additional costs or delays resulting from changes, obstructions, or failure to meet the agreed requirements.
6. Warranties and Liabilities
Seventh Floor Properties warrants that all services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill.
The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of its services.
Any defects in workmanship or materials must be reported to the Company within 7 days of the completion date, after which the Company reserves the right to assess and, if applicable, rectify the issue.
7. Cancellation Policy
The Client may cancel a booking by providing written notice to Seventh Floor Properties at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed quotation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Seventh Floor Properties website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Seventh Floor Properties and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
The use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from the website without the Company’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
9. Confidentiality
Both the Client and Seventh Floor Properties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of the services strictly confidential. Such information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by law or regulatory obligation.
10. Governing Law
